• New album release – Many of Vivaldi’s concertos fit into the theme of the seasons. They all have contrasting elements: spring, summer, autumn or winter, containing beautiful and promising moments as well as dark and tormenting ones. Thus, along with critically acclaimed baroque ensemble Arte Dei Suonatori, we were inspired to seek out a few concertos that we felt could fit into this imagery. We present to you an additional 12 Vivaldi concertos that we feel match the character of the respective Op. 8 pieces. Available digitally worldwide March 19th 2021, on Pentatone!
