Snów
The recorder quartet Snów were founded in 2012 by Bolette Roed, and it has been active at festivals in Denmark and Poland. The quartet plays all genres but has specialised in renaissance music. The turning point for the chosen repertoire has become Denmark, France and Poland. Snów plays on historic instruments, and the quartet has often been praised for the beautiful homogenous sound that creates the center of their consort.
With their more or less known – but very beautiful renaissance music – added spices of improvisations – Snów bring their audience into the mysterious land of dreams where anything can happen. Snów = to dream.
